The Siteworks design process analyzed the originally updated yet underperforming lobby, restaurant, and bar functionality, and reconfigured spaces to optimize circulation paths, advantageous lines of site, and exposure of spaces to both hotel patrons and outside guests alike. The relocation of the restaurant and bar created a design focal point which reconnected customers to the lobby and allowed for more natural light and additional seating.

Siteworks worked closely with hotel management to select high quality, regional materials whose durability paralleled Hilton’s long-term maintenance expectations. The project’s crowning achievement was the coordination and precision set forth by Siteworks’ construction team — demolishing, renovating, and reopening the entire front of house restaurant in two months.
