Urban Works Real Estate specializes in finding fitting spaces for some of Portland’s most creative independent businesses. For their own offices they came to builder and friend Siteworks to transform part of a floor of the historic Jefferson Station building. Transparency of materials allows for an open office environment while still allowing for the privacy needed in client interaction. Siteworks also redesigned the building lobby to include eco-friendly materials and a custom building directory made from salvaged components.
